Evawigs Return Policy?
At EvaWigs, customers can return or exchange wigs that have not been washed, tampered, altered and the lace has not been cut. The wigs must be kept in their original conditions. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for exchanges if the reason is personal preference.
There is no return or exchange for capsize customized wigs and clearance products. If the capsize is not suitable, it is not considered a quality issue, and there is no return or exchange for this problem.
For any order cancellation and change, it can be done freely within 36 hours after placing the order. For in-stock items, cancellation or change can be done any time before shipping out. For custom items, a 30% restocking fee will be charged if the order is cancelled when it is already under processing.
The return and exchange process involves contacting customer service within 48 hours after receiving the package. After the return/exchange request has been authorized, a Return Authorization Number will be provided. The returned wig must be shipped back to the address provided, including the return & exchange form with the Return Authorization Number. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charge.
Please note that return packages without Return Authorization Numbers are not accepted.
